Dear God

                Like Saint Paul, we have the spirit of Jesus in us.
                May God walk together with us on the path of truth and light.
                We love ourselves, each other and God’s creation.
                We believe we are all unique in each and every way.
                Help us live together in faith, work together in hope, and pray together in love.
                With you, we know we can do anything.

            Amen 

              Our Father,
                Who art in heaven,
                Hallowed be Thy name,

                Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done
                On earth as it is in heaven.
                Give us this day our daily bread
                And forgive us our trespasses,

                As we forgive those who trespass against us,
                And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

Ask God For Light
I want to look at my day with God's eyes, not merely my own. 

 

Give Thanks
The day I have just lived is a gift from God, Be grateful for it. 

 

Review the Day

        I carefully look back on the day just completed, being guided by the Holy Spirit. 

 

Face Your Shortcomings

        I face up to what is wrong- in my life and in me. 

 

Look Toward the Day to Come

        I ask where I need God in the day to come.

Hail Mary Full of grace, the Lord is with you. 

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
